The Anala Team

Anala started from the combined vision and expertise of Ana Neale and Alana Winn. We work hard with a passion for what we do and the people we meet; to inspire them to create change in life, whether that be personally or professionally. As Anala has grown we have been joined by a variety of dedicated team members across a range of disciplines. Ana and Alana are invested in the recruitment process to create a team whom are aligned with the core values of the organisation as whole.

She has worked in the disability sector across a variety of roles for 15 years and enjoys working closely with individuals and their support networks; creating programs and supports that are a good fit for their personal circumstances.

Administration Supporters!

We are lucky to have a dedicated team of administration and back of office staff. They are always willing to help and have a smile on their face. If you need anything please speak to the friendly receptionist who will be more than willing to direct your call.

Therapeutic Team

Our multi-disciplinary therapeutic team are all experts in their respective fields. We have psychologists, art therapists, speech pathologists and counselors. The therapists work alongside you in a solution focused framework to assist you in reaching your goals.

Support Coordination Team

Our support coordination team is highly dedicated and has a variety of industry experience. They are skilled in the processes of the NDIS and helping participants to navigate and set up their plans. Their caring and empathetic manner of working will ensure you will relieve the support you require.

Mentors

Our mentors come from a vast array of backgrounds. These differing experiences mean that whatever your support needs among this amazing team of people will likely be someone perfectly matched to your needs. Our mentors are extensively trained by industry experts to work with complex clients, challenging behaviours, disability, mental health and dementia.

Psychologist

We are growing, and have an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist to join our team.

We are passionate about person centered practices and employ these in the work which we undertake. You will be required to work with individuals, families and their support networks to develop strategies that are effective in reducing behaviours that are negatively impacting an individual’s life.

You will also provide psychological assessments, consultations, therapeutic interventions and professional services and supports to enable individuals to improve their quality of life and participation in the community.

We work in a consultative model to support the person and build capacity for the individual and their support network.

Occupational Therapist

We are growing, and have an exciting opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our team.

We are passionate about person centered practices and employ these in the work which we undertake. You will be required to work with individuals, families and their support networks. You will be required to work as a part of the multi-disciplinary team. Your role will include among other things providing functional assessments and living skills programs, sensory assessment and programs, social skills development and equipment prescription.

Where required we work in a consultative model to support the person and build capacity for the individual and their support network.

Mentors

Do you have a passion for supporting people to access their community, build lifestyle skills and live a fulfilling life? Here at Anala we have the job for you!

Our Lifestyle Support Program matches individuals with a dedicated Mentor who can support them to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Activities may include independent living skills with activities of daily living, preparing a meal, cooking skills, laundry, and shopping, travel training to support catching public transport, social support with recreational activities, and social inclusion.  Individuals may also require assistance in money management training with budgeting, bill paying, shopping, job seeking skills and helping people to be active members of their community.
